Making luxurious simple with a fancy twist on the modern farmhouse

I was recently inspired by a home classified in the rustic modern farmhouse interior design style. I researched it a little and found a look I call the Fancy Modern Farmhouse. Although the rustic look was so interesting, how they incorporated various textures and many different metals, woods, etc. I thought the traditional home, which lots of detailing on the walls and doors updated to a modern farmhouse was just...original. I was also very surprised to how well everything went together.

I was inspired by a few images and put them together on a moodboard as shown below. The images were so different when they're separate but together I believe the design looks like it was meant to be. I also included a few colors to enhance the neutrality of the home. I don't want to use color to bring attention but rather unique pieces and texture to describe my design. The homowner's and geusts should feel welcome, simplicity, and at ease. I like the vaulted ceiling idea for this project, leaving no boundaries for those who live there. I believe having neutral colors make the small ornate/delicate things stand out, therefore unlike in most designs they become the focal point.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath gorgeous farmhouse is located in Dallas, TX. The structure is over 200 years old, it has been the home of many people, animals and is now the home to the winston family. The wonderful couple Leslie and Howard have two children Maxton and Bently. The property is 200+ acres and will serve this kind family for many decades.
